Gibbs, President Association of Professional Flight Attendants 1004 West Euless Boulevard Euless, Texas 76039 Dear Ms. Gibbs: This is to confirm that the Letter of Agreement concerning Flight Attendant work rules in the charter operation, originally ratified May 4, 1976, is being renewed. During the course of the negotiations that led to the Agreement effective May 4, 1976, the subject of charter flying was discussed. This letter will confirm that in the event the Company plans to establish a separate charter operation, representatives of the Company and APFA shall meet to negotiate specific Flight Attendant work rules applicable to such charter operations.
