Hello to all,
As employees we are getting prepared to witness blatant corporate greed by our supposedly valued members of management. Time and time again we are told that in order to keep these members of management we must compensate accordingly; however, I don't believe in rewarding individuals for a job less than adaquate.

As a group we are told that these current executives should be given credit for keeping this airline from the dispairs of bankruptcy; however, the truth is the reason American Airlines hasn't been forced down the road to bankruptcy is the thousands of employees who have sacrificed tremendously at the hands of the elite few.

The guts of American Airlines is not the elite few that find safety in their glass bubbles, but the various labor groups that fly around in less than adaquate airplanes, work in challenging ground jobs, and show up to work preparing to make apologies to the customers for the misfortunate condition of the airline. It baffles me that management finds comfort in knowing they can let the airline fall apart, but gain in their own material wealth. As a whole me must link together and find a way to fight corporate greed and make these executives earn their compensation, not receive unworthy handouts.
