This is Leslie Mayo, National Communications Coordinator, with an APFA Hotline update for Tuesday, March 7, 2006.
The arbitrator decided this evening, after hearing arguments for and against an open arbitration, that the arbitration would be open. APFA members in good standing are welcome to attend. Cameras, note taking, recording devices or laptops will not be allowed inside. Seating is subject to availability. Some exhibits may be deemed non-public by the arbitrator. At that point the hearing will be closed to all non-principle participants during the display of these exhibits. The hearing begins at 9:30 a.m. at APA Headquarters.
