Late yesterday afternoon, a hearing took place in Federal District Court in New York involving the seniority integration lawsuit filed by former TWA flight attendants and the International Association of Machinists against American Airlines and APFA. The Plaintiff's had filed a motion for a Preliminary Injunction to stop the July 1 furlough of the TWA-LLC flight attendants. It is anticipated that the Court will issue a ruling next week.
