The deadline for the Early Term Delegate Willingness-to-Serve submissions for Washington D.C. International Chairperson was today, December 17, 2003. We received one notification from Cindy Horan who is currently the appointed chairperson. Cindy is now the duly elected DCAI Chair for the duration of the two-year term of office ending March 31, 2005.
