US Airways FAs

Dear US Airways Flight Attendants,

We hope you agree that these are exciting and promising times. For the Flight Attendants at American Airlines, the past decade has been marred by painful cuts and furloughs while management failed to implement a competitive business plan. We are also well aware of the trials and tribulations the US Airways Flight Attendants have been put through in the past. Fortunately, we firmly believe those times are behind us and we are very much looking forward to working together to build one of the strongest and most competitive airlines in the world.

APFA has begun discussions with AFA-CWA in anticipation of the merger announcement and those discussions will continue. We are committed to ensuring that all Flight Attendants have strong union representation to protect and advance our interests. To that end, as relevant information pertaining to the merger becomes available, we will be posting it to this website.

In closing, we are very much looking forward to working alongside you in the future. Together, we will not only build the greatest airline in the country, but we will finally achieve an industry-rate contract that reflects all of our hard work, dedication, and professionalism.
