Euless Blvd. Euless, Texas 76040-5018 Dear Denise:  During the course of the negotiations that led to the Agreement effective March 23, 1994, we discussed and agreed to certain language and formatting changes to Article 28, Dispute Resolution and Grievance Procedures, and Article 29, System Board of Adjustment. Notwithstanding these changes, we agree that there was no intent to alter the parties’ existing practices under Article 28 and Article 29, unless the newly negotiated language is specifically contrary to current language.
