Hello. This is George Price, APFA National Communications Coordinator with an APFA Hotline Update for Wednesday, June 25, 2003.

The Federal Court in New York will be conducting a further hearing today and tomorrow on the motion by the former TWA flight attendants seeking an injunction to stop the July 2 furlough of TWA-LLC flight attendants. APFA President John Ward will be testifying at the hearing. It is anticipated that the Court will issue a ruling at or shortly after the conclusion of the hearing.
