CALL TO ACTION – JUNE 22 FLY IN

Last week, we told you about the Company-wide lobby day scheduled for June 22nd. We now have a few details and I wanted to share them with you.

AA will host two charters departing on June 21 from DFW and ORD. These flights will be crewed with volunteers. Shared accommodations will be provided by AA on June 21 for a maximum of 300 employees, all attending on a voluntary basis.

The focus of this Lobby Day will be on Pension Reform to aide us in maintaining our existing defined pension benefit plan.

Here are some of the details:

-Participation will be limited to 300 total volunteers: 75 for independent AA employees, 75 APA, 75 TWU and 75 APFA.

-Sign up will be via www.www.apfa.org.

-Charters from DFW and Chicago depart on June 21 and return the evening of June 22. Business travel arrangements are pending for flights from other cities.

-Shared accommodations will be provided the night of June 21st.

-On Wednesday, June 22, there will be a legislative briefing, scheduled meetings and a mid-day rally on Capitol Hill.

-Attire will be proper uniform
