LGW Layover Hotel and Holiday Crew Transportation

There was a hotel mistake on the IDF bidsheet. The LGW hotel shows the Oatlands as the layover hotel. This was due to a glitch in AA’s new computer system. The correct layover hotel is the Arora.

We would like to remind crew members who plan on taking guests with them on layovers this holiday season that the crew transportation is first and foremost for crew members. Due to increased security measures at certain airports as well as space constraints on the buses your guests will have to take public transportation or a car service to the layover hotel.

We also ask that you not cause unnecessary delay to your fellow crew members while arranging transportation for your guests.
