There is a poll on APFAís Web site www.www.apfa.org containing the following question:

How would you spend $200+ million in Executive Bonuses to be issued mid-April ’07?

• Buy new aircraft
• Buy new FA Uniforms
• Build more Admiral’s Clubs
• Clean our current aircraft
• Split among all employees, not just 800+ elite members of management
• Fund our pensions further
• Keep as is – to be divided among 800+ elite members of management

As of March 1, 2007:

50% of the votes cast have chosen to split $200 million+ among all employees, not just elite members of management;

29.9% of votes cast have chosen to keep the executive based compensation plan the way it is and divide that money among 800+ elite members of management;

9.3% said they would prefer the purchasing of new aircraft;

6.% have said they would like our pensions funded further;

2.3% have said they would like to see the money used to clean our aircraft;

2% have said they would like new FA uniforms; and

0.1% have said they would like to build more Admiralís Clubs.
