Rumors regarding the Marcoux/Lindsay/Ford consolidated lawsuit filed against APFA and AA jointly were addressed once again with an APFA Rumor Control Hotline dated 01DEC07. As published repeatedly in past editions of Skyword and numerous APFA Hotlines – the case has not gone to trial yet, much less had a verdict rendered. The majority of claims have been dismissed or withdrawn. The remaining claims are awaiting a decision from the presiding judge whether or not they will go forward to trial or also be dismissed.

Attached to this e-mail is a one page PDF document with fact based information regarding the lawsuit.
