It has come to our attention that the company is yet again attempting to negotiate directly with the membership. A glossy, company spun, document is being e-mailed to all Flight Attendants today and will be distributed in operation areas of all airports.

Immediately reply to the e-mail with My Negotiating Team speaks for me! in the body of the e-mail. If you should receive a printed document, write My Negotiating Team speaks for me! across it and return to your Flight Service manager.

Everyone knows from past experience that the company will not tell you the complete truth regarding their proposals. Or the effects they will have on other sections of our contract.

We have fully outlined the company’s proposals in documents on our website and in the most recent YouTube video http://www.youtube.com/aaflightattendants.
