This is Leslie Mayo, National Communications Coordinator with a Special Hotline Update for Thursday, June 21, 2012.

Based on the status of the negotiations between American and APA, the Court will not issue the 1113 decision tomorrow. At this time we do not know when the Court will rule on AAís motion.

We will continue to update this Hotline as events warrant.
