AA is reporting that all online lessons are resolved; meaning all lessons are accessible and accurately tracking both progress and completion. If you are still having difficulty with any online lesson, contact the AA Training Support Desk and follow up with a report to APFA. Include the following information in your report: Type of computer (e.g. PC or MAC), type of internet browser, name of lesson, problem encountered, and the date(s) you initially accessed the lesson and encountered problems. Please send any reports of future problems with online training to
APFA has reached agreement with AA regarding training pay for the additional time our members spent completing their online lessons and contacting the support desk for help beyond what they would have otherwise spent completing their lessons. Any FA with domestic qualifications who accessed the recurrent online home study between July 2 and July 15 will receive four hours of training pay. FAs with an international qualification who attempted to complete the international recurrent online home study will receive five hours of training pay. FAs who attempted to complete the online training associated with international training (proffer or dual qualification) will receive eight hours of training pay. There is no action needed on your part.  These training hours will be paid on the end-of-August pay statement.
If you had extraordinary circumstances or problems associated with the completion of your online training and believe you should receive additional compensation, please contact your APFA Division Representative at APFA. Please provide them with specific details associated with your circumstances. Below is the contact information for each Division Representative by base.
