On the eve of the twelfth anniversary of 9/11, there isn’t a single airline employee who doesn’t remember where they were and what they were doing on September 11, 2001. That Tuesday morning is forever etched in our minds. And the 33 crewmembers we lost will live forever in our hearts. Please visit our virtual card to sign your name and write your thoughts. Your comments will be compiled into a book that will be presented to the 9/11 Memorial Museum in New York opening Spring of 2014.

We will never forget.
