APFA Constitutional Amendments Balloting – May 19, 2014
APFA would like to advise all Flight Attendants to be on the lookout for the Constitutional Amendments Ballot that was mailed today, May 19, 2014. Inside your voter packet you will find a Voting Notice with an Instruction Sheet, a Voting Guide and a document entitled, “Summaries of 2014 APFA Proposed Constitutional Amendments.” There is also a complete “Markup” version of the Constitutional changes available at https://www.www.apfa.org/constitution. It is important to check the web site for the latest version of the Summaries for any minor corrections.
You may cast your vote online at https://BallotPoint.com/APFA or via phone at (800)698-3789. Voting opened today at 10:00 AM CT May 19th, and all votes must be cast by 10:00 AM CT June 18th. You may vote as many times as you wish, but please remember that only your last vote will be counted. If you do not receive your voter packet by May 24 or if you have any problems voting, please contact the National Ballot Committee (NBC) at ballot@apfa.org or (817)540-0108, ext. 8311. A sample ballot will be posted on the APFA website shortly.
As a reminder, you must be a member in good standing by 5:00 PM CT on June 13, 2014, in order for your vote to count.
