The JNC continued negotiations with the Company this week in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area.
 
We continued to exchange proposals on the following sections: 

  • Scheduling
  • Language (Speaker – LOD/O)
  • Hours of Service
  • International Flying
  • Reserve Duty
  • Crew Rest
  • Crew Accommodations
  • IOD (Injury on Duty)
  • Leaves of Absence
  • Sick
  • Seniority
  • Training
  • Filling of Vacancies
  • General 

Internal discussions and preparation included the following sections:  

  • Compensation
  • Profit Sharing
  • Holiday Pay
  • Expenses (TAFB/Per Diem)
  • Premium Pay
  • Vacation
  • Staffing
  • Understaffing
  • Training Pay
  • Galley Pay
  • Uniforms 

 

APFA Board of Directors Negotiations Update
On Sunday September 7, 2014, the JNC will be meeting in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area to present a second negotiations page – turn report to the APFA Board of Directors.
 
We have 14 days with 10 face-to-face meetings remaining in these 150 days of expedited negotiations with management under the Negotiations Protocol Agreement (NPA).
 
Negotiations will continue in Dallas/Ft.Worth on:

  • September 8 – 12, 2014
  • September 15 – 19, 2014 

The next two weeks will be extremely busy and moving very quickly. Your JNC will keep you up-to-date with as much information as possible via this JNC Hotline.
