Q: Does the commuter policy for both LAA and LUS now allow exceptions if the flight is full? – LAA / LUS

A: As of January 1st, if the first flight is cancelled and the second flight is full, this will now qualify under the JCBA Commuter policy. If the first flight is full and the second flight is cancelled, this does not qualify under the Commuter policy because the first flight being full is not sufficient. – Section 37.I.
