FACT Rep Update – April 10, 2014

 

FACT:  The final scheduled installment of our Equity Claim has been deposited into all eligible Flight Attendants’ Computershare accounts. Flight Attendants can view shares by logging on to www.retireonline.com. The Day-120 distribution of 7.2 million shares to all eligible AA employees brings the total number of AAL shares distributed to eligible pre-merger AA employees to approximately 34.7 million shares. FACT: The Joint Negotiating Committee (JNC) continues to meet in Dallas/Ft. Worth weekly in preparation for contract openers with the Company. The Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) openers are scheduled to take place on April 24, 2014.

FACT:  Our commuter policy now includes flights operated by US Airways as well as US Airways Express. No other changes have been made to the commuter policy.

FACT: The Jumpseat dress code is now aligned with the First Class dress code. Business attire is no longer required.
