FACT Rep Update – June 9, 2014

 

FACT: All FACT Reps will be called at 4:00 PM Eastern/3:00 PM Central/1:00 PM Pacific on Monday, June 9, 2014, for a Teleconference call with APFA President Laura Glading, APFA Constitution Committee Member Mario St. Michel and APFA General Counsel Mady Gilson. 

FACT: To prepare for the call, we ask that all FACT Reps have the documents from the APFA Constitution Proposals handy. These documents can be found online at https://www.www.apfa.org/constitution. Please have your questions ready for Laura, Mario and Mady. 

FACT: Laura will provide a quick briefing on negotiations and the filing of a single carrier petition with the NMB as well as some background on the Constitutional Proposals. We will then open the call up to your questions.
