To All LUS Flight Attendants:
As you well know, with the implementation of PBS, there are continued problems associated with Crew Portal, ISAP and ETB. The problems with these interrelated programs have caused an extraordinary amount of stress with the company’s IT processes and a great deal of unneeded tension to the membership.
The good news is that the company has stepped up its communication and its interaction with the JIRC and is bringing our groups closer to the table. The bad news is we continue to see system shut downs, sorting difficulty, slow/unstable programs and restricted access.
My office researches, vets, files and when necessary, arbitrates Presidential Grievances. We have been working very closely with the JIRC committee, local Base Presidents and VPs, Regional Reps and APFA legal to identify potential violations to the negotiated Redbook language and implementation difficulties, which resulted in a Presidential Grievance filing against the company.
To effectively present this dispute and seek the relief we desire, we must build a case. This is where we need your assistance. We have established a dedicated email address – crewportal@apfa.org – for impacted Flight Attendants to record and submit screen shots with specific dates, times and situations. This email address will be monitored by the APFA Regional Reps and will be forwarded to the JIRC and local base leadership in order to fix immediate concerns and document any ongoing issues and problems. With your assistance, we can best create the foundation for a successful argument to seek compensation for our impacted crew members.

Marcus Gluth
