Hourly Rate Increase – LAA/LUS
Effective January 1, 2016, the hourly rate of pay will increase for all Flight Attendants in accordance with the 2014 Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) as follows:
The next JCBA hourly rate of pay increase will occur on January 1, 2017.
Uniform Points – LAA
As a reminder, uniform points do not roll over from year to year. If you need to replace uniform items please place your order before the end of the year to make use of your 2015 points. The VF Solutions website is available 24-hours a day. Flight Attendants may call VF Solutions during normal business hours at 800-565-6242. Please Note: VF Solutions will close at 15:00 CT on December 31st.
Uniform Replacement – LUS
As a reminder, the Company will pay for the replacement of Required Uniform Items listed in Section 7.A. of the Red Book Agreement and any additional items listed on the Required Uniform List purchased by the Flight Attendant. Replacements for uniforms will only be for normal wear and tear.
Schedule Your New Uniform Fitting – LAA/LUS
The new American Airlines uniform fit tour is on the road from January 11 through April 29. This is your opportunity to try on, get fitted for, and order your new uniforms. Representatives from Twin Hill will be on-site to assist.
