VEBA Prefunding Update – LAA
On Thursday, February 4, 2016, the Prefunding Executive Session took place with Arbitrator Bloch. In the meeting, Mr. Bloch stated that he would provide a draft of his decision to the Arbitration Board by the end of February.
Once both parties, APFA and the Company, have reviewed and signed off the draft, the decision will be immediately communicated to the membership.
