Philadelphia Trips
Dear Philadelphia Flight Attendants:
We have been contacted by a number of Flight Attendants to remedy this situation that is currently affecting our base. We are addressing the issues with the appropriate departments at APFA, as well as the Board of Directors.
It is disappointing in the manner in which we are treating each other. The unprofessional behavior on the airplane, in the crew rooms, and on social media is very disheartening. No matter which side of the issue you are on, this behavior has to stop. The disdain and animosity for each other is unacceptable. The person sitting beside you on the jumpseat may end up saving your life. Â
We are all frustrated and stressed out over the lack of flying that is available in PHL. This does not give anyone the right to attack friends and co-workers in the manner in which we have seen as of late.
APFA has an excellent EAP and Professional Standards Department. You can contact them at 817-540-0108 x 8701 or [email protected]. Locally, you can call Deb McCormick at 401-225-1459.
