Evacuation of AA Flight 1822 at West Palm Beach (PBI)
Earlier today, AA Flight 1822 scheduled from PBI to PHL was evacuated on the taxiway. The PHL based crew members operated all four (4) exits on the A320. Two (2) working flight attendants and one (1) non-revenue flight attendant were taken to the hospital for evaluation. APFA National and Local PHL base leadership is responding and CIRT teams have been deployed. We commend the crew for their rapid response and professionalism during this incident.
