Hello Miami! This is a short base blast for a couple of hot topics for the week. This is a new idea we would like to use more frequently to reach out to you with base specific issues in between full base briefs.


If you had to pay for parking in the terminal the day the employee lot was closed due to a crime investigation, take your receipt along with an expense report and turn it into the FYI center. The expense report can be found on the Flight Service website or in the base FYI center. You only have 60 days to request reimbursement.


If you are awarded a trip in the makeup HISEND round, you will not receive a call from Crew Schedule. This includes a HISEND where you have requested “plot to protect” under the interim pay protection.

You will also not receive a call in subsequent rounds for the day unless you put in your HISEND comments, “if not open, please call.”
