IROPS Weather Event Reports – LAA/LUS
The past few days of inclement weather and the resulting operational breakdowns have been difficult to say the least. I sent an email to upper management, including Mr. Parker and Mr. Isom expressing our position that these continuous “meltdowns” are unacceptable and cannot continue. You deserve better and so do our customers.
The Company has requested that we provide them with documentation of the issues many of our members experienced over the weekend.
If you were impacted by the winter weather event, we will need dates, sequence numbers, employee numbers, information regarding how long you were on hold with CS/CT, hotel waits, illegal reassignments/reschedules and any other relevant information you can provide.
If you haven’t already done so, please go to the APFA website by the close of business on January 13, 2017, and utilize the following forms to report any issues you experienced:
I will personally discuss these issues with the Company to seek remedies and discuss how they can improve their performance during IROPS.
I’m sorry so many of you had to endure such conditions.
