Missing 2.5% Company Match for LAA Flight Attendants Hired After 2012 – LAA
When the 1/13/17 ePays statements posted on Jetnet over the weekend, APFA was made aware that the 2.5% Company match was missing for certain employees. The 401k group was contacted on Sunday and they were able to confirm that post-2012 LAA hires eligible for the 3% company contribution and 2.5% company match were the ONLY Flight Attendants affected.
The 401k group is currently investigating the issue to determine the cause. Once the problem has been corrected, APFA will update the membership via a hotline and all affected Flight Attendants will receive an email from the 401k group in their company email accounts.
