Intermittent Log-in Issues with JetNet and CrewPortal – LAA/LUS

The Company has been experiencing intermittent log-in issues with JetNet and CrewPortal in certain locations since last night. We were noticed that IT has identified the problem and is currently working on a fix. In the meantime:

• The LUS Electronic Trade Board (ETB) was shut down as of 1100 MST until the issue is resolved. 
• The bidding deadline for LAAhas been extended to 1200 Home Base Time (HBT) tomorrow, January 22nd. 

If you attempt to log-on to JetNet or CrewPortal and are unable to do so, please get a screenshot and include it in an email to [email protected]. Please cc your Base President as well.
