2017-18 Vacation Bidding Information – LUS

Fiscal year 2017-2018 Annual Vacation bidding opens on February 7, 2017 at 12:00 CT for LUS Flight Attendants. This year, bids will be input using the newly developed AVBA, (Annual Vacation Bidding & Award) program. 

To access the annual vacation bidding system, go to Crew Portal: My Information > Vacations. On this page you will find the bidding input screen and the annual vacation and filler day matrices. The following resources are available to guide you through the bidding process. 

Complete bidding information can be found on Wings: Flight Service > Vacations; click on CLT/DCA/PHL/PHX 2017-2018 Annual Vacation. 

The AVBA guide and instructional video is also available on your Flight Attendant tablet. This can be found in your Document Library > PBS Documents. 

The instructional video can be viewed in the Flight Svc Training app > Other Videos.  Additional support, including the FABRC and FOI Training Specialists will be available in the crew rooms February 7 – March 7, 2017 during the times listed below:
