APFA Scheduling Help Desk to remain open through the weekend.  Live Chat Weekend Hours Amended. – LAA/LUS

As a reminder, with Hurricane Irma expected to make landfall in Florida this weekend, the APFA Scheduling Help Desk will be manned on Saturday and Sunday, September 9th and 10th, from 0900-1700 (CT).

The phone lines are being staffed to handle scheduling and contract questions only in anticipation of irregular operations caused by the storm and the impact it may have on trips scheduled.

APFA can be reached at (817) 540-0108 and a special prompt will be played to contact extension 8161 for assistance.

After Hours Live Chat is available on the APFA Website  Monday through Friday from 1700 until 2300 CT and from 1700 until 2300 CT this Saturday and Sunday.

Please utilize the phone lines as needed during normal business hours and Live Chat after hours as outlined above.
