ELEVATE THE EXPERIENCE
The Company launched this training and has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars because they believe in this customer service program. So much so, we are now not only going to have to continue to deal with the technical problems of the WBT (Web Based Training) that is due by January 31, 2018, we will also be required to attend a training class that is only being offered in nine crew bases.
We continue to hear from Flight Attendants who are having difficulties completing the WBT. Obviously, when you are having to struggle to do this, it really doesn’t make someone that interested in the program, much less happy about being forced to take two days out of our monthly schedules to attend a class.

This section of the JCBA was implemented in March of 2017. Please be sure to call Systems/Tracking Crew Scheduling when you arrive at the layover hotel to ensure your 8 hours behind the door rest.
RESERVE RELATED ISSUES
We have had some reports that crew scheduling is directly calling Flight Attendants’ cell phones instead of calling the OPR phone first. Please review the LUS Redbook language, Section 12.F. (On Premise Reserve (OPR) 1 – 18.)
