NTSB Meeting on AA Flight 383 Rescheduled

Due to the recent government shutdown resulting in a lapse in appropriations, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has rescheduled the meeting to determine the probable cause of the uncontained engine failure on American Airlines Flight 383 in October 2016.

The meeting will now take place at the NTSB Boardroom and Conference Center in Washington D.C. on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 0930 ET.

A link to a live webcast of the meeting will be available shortly before the start of the meeting at:

Previous news releases, reports, and other information about the investigation is available on the NTSB’s website.
