Retirement Seminar Reminder for both LAA and LUS:

APFA Retirement Specialists Ron Harris and Patrick Hancock will be conducting another retirement seminar in DCA on April 26, 2018 from 11am-2pm in the “Hub Gathering Room” Center Pier next to Flight Service at the airport.

The seminar will cover a wide range of topics including Retiree Travel, Pensions, 401k, Medicare and COBRA insurance. We will also have John Losquadro, a Financial Planner with the Flagship Financial Group, available to answer questions about retirement planning and discuss some of the no-cost services they provide to AA Credit Union members.

It’s never too early or too late to start being fiscally ready for retirement.

JSIC Base Visit 

The Joint Scheduling Implementation Committee will be in DC on May 10 , 2018 from 10:30 am -2:30 pm presenting an update on JCBA Implementation.

Topics will include but are not limited to:

• JCBA PBS
• TTS
• ROTA
• Reserve Rotation
• Deadhead
• FOS-
• Base Transfers
• DCA Base integration
• Rescheduling
• Pay protection
• FOI

Currently, we are working on securing a meeting site and will pass this information on ASAP. Please bid accordingly to be available to attend as this presentation will be very informative with all the changes ahead.

The new hire numbers are included in the total requested reserve headcount of 95
