Knowing and Understanding Our Contract

As we move closer to FOI and full implementation of the Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA), it is more important than ever that we work to understand the language contained in our JCBA. While the language can be complex, we are here to help explain it and ensure that all Flight Attendants have a working knowledge of the protections we are afforded.

You can obtain a soft copy of the JCBA on your tablet in the Document Library and on the APFA website. Flight Service can also provide you with a hard copy.

The Joint Scheduling Implementation Committee (JSIC) will be having a roadshow in PHL to walk through all of the changes that will be implemented with FOI, currently scheduled for the October 2018 bid month.
