Target Credit Range Errors for the October 2018 JCBA PBS Bid Award
With the first run of the new PBS, there have been issues with the Target Credit Range (TCR) in conjunction with bidding high and low, that have impacted Flight Attendants from all the current PBS bases. At the same time the recent Company communication regarding these issues was incredibly dismissive of the impact to not only those Flight Attendants who were mis-awarded but to those Flight Attendants who wished to hold both high and low time options.
Our focus, since the awards were published, has been to validate possible mis-awards and make sure that the Flight Attendants impacted are receiving the necessary information so they are pay protected. We have also been advised that the defect in PBS has been addressed and a fix has been implemented.
While on any given month there are usually a couple of confirmed mis-awards this month has seen more than normal. If you feel you have a mis-award please contact the Flight Attendant Bidding Resource Center (FABRC) by Wednesday, September 26th at Noon (DFW Time) at 800-327-0117, options 5, 1. Please note, that the time to notify the FABRC of a potential mis-award has been extended.
