Pay for ROTA Processing Issues

To LGA-Based Flight Attendants:

I am happy to announce a resolution to a ROTA issue for LGA-Based Reserves.

On August 30, 2018, the ROTA system did not process awards for August 31^st, for LGA-Based Reserves. APFA began discussions with the company to provide a monetary resolution for all LGA Reserve Flight Attendants who were available for August 31^st, 2018 and affected by this violation. After months of discussion, an agreement was reached December 10^th, 2018, to pay affected Flight Attendants the amount of five (5) hours pay, no credit (above guarantee).

The company has assured me the pay mentioned above will be paid-out on the December 31^st, 2018 paycheck. It will be displayed as: FlyDFP-GuarPrem.

APFA will continue to research and resolve individual issues submitted to [email protected] on an individual basis.
