WBT Module Due January 31 – 

The Exploring Unconscious Bias: Making Culture a Competitive Advantage required Web-Based Training (WBT) module must be completed by January 31, 2019. This program is designed to help team members understand the roots of the implicit or unconscious biases we all have, and walk through different scenarios, case studies and best practices to recognize and address those biases.

The WBT takes about 45 minutes to complete and Flight Attendants will receive $25 training pay for the completion of the module.

To access the WBT module, Click Here or click on the Learning shortcut under ‘Find it Fast’ on jetnet. From there, select Visit Learning Hub. This required training will be listed in your ‘To Do’ list. Click on the Register and then Start button to launch the lesson.
