Base Assistance
While recognizing that Facebook is a useful tool in getting information to and from your coworkers, it is not a replacement for contacting the Union for official answers. If you need assistance of any kind there are several resources for you to utilize. This includes calling APFA directly during business hours, Monday through Friday from 9am until 5pm (DFW Time) at (817) 540-0108. After hours you can receive assistance by contacting Live Chat at APFA.org. The hours for Live Chat are Monday through Friday from 5pm until 11pm and Saturday & Sunday from 9am until 5pm (DFW Time).
When communicating with your Flight Service Manager we encourage you to include one of your Union Representative when emailing your FSM.

We also recommend that you use a personal email address, not your company email when corresponding with your FSM.
