My View
Many Flight Attendants are unaware that they can view their attendance points and performance events on Jetnet.  Please review your information and make sure it is accurate. Please continue to periodically check the ‘My View’ page for accuracy.

Systems Issues Reporting
If you believe you have a mis-award with TTS, UBL, ETB, ROTA or ROTD, the first thing you should do is contact the FABRC @ 888-376-5375 to open a ticket for review. There is also a ‘Support’ tab in TTS that you can use to immediately send an email to the TTS admins for review.
Visit APFA.org, to access a systems issues report form. The reporting link is at the very bottom of the home page:
It is vitally important that you submit this form when you believe you have a mis-award. These issues are reviewed by a Contract/ Scheduling Specialist at APFA, and are logged and tracked for data purposes. The Contract/ Scheduling Department will also determine if the issue relates to any of our Presidential Grievances we have filed. If the issue pertains to a grievance, the information will be added to the proper grievance case file. If it turns out that the issue is a one off situation, it is bounced back to the base for us to handle.
APFA Convention
The APFA Convention will be held in Boston, March 4th-7th at the Hilton Boston Back Bay. All members in good standing are welcome and encouraged to attend.
