Today at 1700 central time, APFA phone line systems will be down while we switch to the new cloud based system, this includes voicemail. The process will last at least three hours. During that time you will not be able to contact APFA via phone nor leave voicemails. Email systems will not be effected.
The switch to a new a carrier will dramatically improve the reliability of the phone system. The new system is cloud based, with many redundant backups which will seamlessly switch over without interruption to the membership.
Standard after hours support will be available as normal; Live Chat, Text messaging, and Facebook. Below are the details for those support services.
