APFA has been made aware of a few issues with Aflac’s ability to process payments. We have remained in contact with Aflac’s Corporate Representatives, who have assured APFA that no Flight Attendant will be harmed due to these issues. In addition, all members’ coverage remains intact and there will be no disruption to claims processing and service.
Aflac is extending the deadline to set up the split direct deposit to August 9th, 2019.
Soon you’ll receive an email correspondence from Aflac with your new routing number and account number for your split direct deposit. The new bank is EMPIRE BANK. (Do not use ‘dashes’ when entering your new account number).
You’ll be contacted by Aflac via text message once the email is sent. If you have not set up an email account, the information will be mailed to your address on file.
