Introducing: What You Need to Know About Our Contract

Beginning today, we are launching a “Know Your Contract” series in which we provide you in-depth information about various sections of the JCBA.

Every Monday for the next few weeks we will send out a detailed and comprehensive hotline that will address trending contract topics. Each hotline will contain a “Quick Guide” that you will be able to download and save to any device. We will notify you whenever any changes are made to the Quick Guides.

In each Quick Guide, you will find JCBA contractual references. Any information that does not cite a JCBA reference is in accordance with company policy and/or any applicable laws.

As always, the contract should be the first resource we depend on when any questions arise, however, our goal is to encourage every Flight Attendant to have a clearer and better understanding of the JCBA. These guides cover some of the most frequently asked questions we receive.

You may locate these guides by navigating to the Contract Administration Department Page on the APFA website. We have been diligent to make sure this page has received a much-needed update, adding more documents, guides, and information to better understand our contract.
