Contacting a Contract Scheduling Rep
Due to technical issues with our phone system restricting access to our voicemail inbox, response to voicemails are being delayed. This is a nationwide issue with Mitel and they are working on it now.
With the overwhelming number of voicemails that were left, we continue to recommend that if you need immediate assistance, wait in the queue on the phone or utilize the other options.
The APFA website also contains many answers to your questions. There are Q&As on the VXLOA, COVID-19, Pay Protection for March and April, and filing for Unemployment. With the added wait times due to our Mitel Issues, these resources may answer your questions in a more timely manner.
