September 2020 Allocations
Philadelphia Flight Attendants,
Philadelphia will see a decrease in flying for September, which is typical for this time of year. PHL has 347 Flight Attendants who opted for the one-month PVLOA.
Our block hours for September will be 58,538 for PHL, which includes 3,751 in PIT. The flying for September is consistent with the last few months. Most of the trips are two days with a max of two legs per day. However, some trips have more than two legs per day. We do have an increase in one-day trips as well as a few more three days. We will not have any IPD flying for September.
Bidding for the 70-hour VLOA is now open and will close on Tuesday, August 11th at Noon (CDT). You may access the ballot via Jetnet > Flight Service > 70-hour VLOA Ballot – SEP 2020.
If you are bidding for the VLOA, you are requesting a leave, and will not be able to pick up carryover time flying into the leave. If you have vacation in September, it will be included in your 70-hour VLOA pay.
