Final Paycheck and Furlough Pay for LAX-Based Flight Attendants
Flight Attendants based at either LAX or SFO are required by California state law to receive their final paycheck and furlough pay by paper check unless a separate authorization is received to continue pay by electronic check. The Company will be sending an email to your AA.com email with instructions to make the selection.
The deadline to complete the DocuSign selection form is Monday, September 28, 2020 @ 2359 (CDT). If you do not submit the form, your final paycheck and any furlough pay will be sent via paper check, and on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 your electronic banking information will be removed from the AA payroll systems.
Please fill out the DocuSign as soon as possible. If you have questions, please contact the Payroll Service Center via email at email@example.com or via phone at 800-447-2000 (option 1, then option 6) between 0800-1800 CT Monday – Friday.
If you are not furloughed and return the DocuSign document, there will be no harm or change to your direct deposit information.
If you need to update your address in Jetnet, please follow these steps:
Go Jetnet > Team Member Services > Update my information > Update your home and alternate address information.
