Sync Your Tablet Before Your Next Sequence
Today, American experienced a software issue which affected Comply365 programming on the Flight Attendant tablet. While the issue was resolved relatively quickly, some flights experienced delays.
As a result of the software issue, it will be necessary to sync your tablet before reporting for your next sequence to ensure your Inflight Manual (IFM) is up-to-date.
Please reach out to your Crew Service Center representatives if you need assistance. On Saturday, October 10th, Flight Service and Duty Managers will be positioned at Known Crewmember access points in crew base cities to offer additional assistance.
