Rescheduling Issue Form Available on the APFA Website

Due to the continued inability of the company to cover trips, we continue to see illegal reschedules occurring daily. We have heard from many of you and will research and follow up with the company on every situation. We wanted to have a central place for Flight Attendants to let us know what’s happened to them and know that lately, our queue has been quite long to speak to a Contract/ Scheduling Rep on Duty or Live Chat Rep. We apologize for the long waits! We have been taking as many calls as we can and working as quickly as possible to answer your phone calls and emails. It is important to hear from everyone who has been rescheduled illegally.

If you would prefer not to wait on hold for a Contract /Scheduling Representative, there is a form on the APFA website landing page that you can complete. Depending on the issue, your submissions will be researched, recorded, and taken to the company compliance team for restitution. If you are unsure if your reschedule was legal, it only takes a minute to complete the form. All we need is a little information – we will research it for you. The form may be found here:

If you have already emailed or called us with your rescheduling concerns, we have already added your issues to our tracking system, and you don’t need to do anything else. If you have not taken screenshots of your rescheduling issue already, please do this as quickly as possible. We may need to reach out to you for further information as we work through each case.

We take each rescheduling issue very seriously – any violation of our JCBA is unacceptable. While we all want to take care of our passengers and do what we can to get them safely to their destinations, we have paid for every provision of our contract with hard-fought negotiations. We expect that every department of the company will follow our contract. The company’s inability to cover trips within the constructs of our contract should not be our problem, but here we are.
