Brady Byrnes, Vice President of Flight Service,
is Hosting a Town Hall at MIA
In the past year and because of COVID-19 and the downgrade in schedule and service we have all seen the resulting impact on our workforce regarding passenger response. Passengers are taking their outrage out on us as flight attendants. They are angry because the planes aren’t flying, they are angry because they must wear masks, they were angry because they didn’t have food and beverages, they are angry because it became more difficult to have their emotional support animals. They are angrier and as the front-line employees we have been taking the blame .
The uptick in passenger complaint letters is exponential and often just because you are doing your job.
This is your chance to let your voices be heard. Brady Byrnes, Vice President of Flight Service will be hosting a Town Hall meeting about CERS reports. The very reports you have to file for passenger misconduct. PLEASE COME OUT! No Flight Attendant should be subjected to the physical and verbal assaults that have become routine in our line of work! Come on out MIA!
